In order to make a payment online, you will need your account number, PIN number and the Total Due from your invoice. (see below)
If you do not have your invoice you can request a copy by sending a copy of a government issued photo ID to the Chicago Harbors office by email at email@example.com or by fax to (312) 877-5771.
If you wish to cancel a dock box or parking card, please contact the Chicago Harbors office for an updated invoice. Do not deduct any items from your invoice or make changes to the payment amounts from your invoice when submitting payment information.
