Please complete the following form to request access to perform work in the Chicago Harbors. The form must be completed in its entirety, including submitting a valid and current copy of insurance naming the Chicago Park District and Westrec Marina Management as additionally insured.
All vendors or vendor employees must wear a Vendor Photo Identification at all times while working in the Chicago Harbor system.. For 2020 Vendor ID’s will be the only means of access for all 59th Street, Jackson Inner, Jackson Outer and Diversey Harbor dock gates, DuSable Harbor C dock, Burnham P, Q, R & S docks and any future electronically controlled access gates.
Upon completion of the form, please allow at least 7 days for parking cards to be available. You can then pick up your 2020 parking cards and vendor ID’s from our new Chicago Harbors Office at Northerly Island during the hours listed below. All persons must bring a valid photo ID (driver’s license, state ID card or passport) to receive their ID or parking cards. Please call the Chicago Harbor Office before picking up parking cards and vendor ID’s.
Please note that this access, including any parking cards issued, may be revoked due to any violation of the Code of the Chicago Park District, city, state or federal law, harbor policies or other inappropriate or illegal activity or conduct of yourself, your employees, or any persons utilizing parking passes, codes or access cards issued to you as a vendor. In the event access and/or parking cards are rescinded, no refunds will be made.
