Annual Contracts are for those boaters who wish to keep their boats in the Chicago Harbors year round, both a summer mooring and winter storage.

31st Street Outdoor               $7.00 sq./ft.
31st Street Indoor*                $11.50 sq./ft.
Shrinkwrap                             $2.00 sq./ft.

A $75 late fee will be assessed on any late payments.
Contract and winter storage may be void if incorrect boat information is provided.
Payment not received within 14 days of due date will result in cancellation of annual contract and any related discounts.
Rates above apply to annual contracts paid in full by due date.
All discounts are void if annual contract or winter storage is cancelled and any balances are due immediately.
