Montrose Harbor Parking

Montrose Harbor North Parking Lot Closed

The north Montrose harbor and public parking lots will be closed for re-construction
Please use the east harbor parking lot
Some alternate parking will be available on the weekends.
Please see the harbor master for additional information.

Parking Pass Reminder

Altering, counterfeiting or reproduction/copying of parking cards

Boaters, remember that you are responsible for the parking passes you signed out.
Please explain to anyone using your pass, the terms and conditions of use of harbor parking passes.
Altering, counterfeiting or reproduction/copying of parking cards can result in fines, deactivation of the parking pass and/or revocation of the mooring permit.
First offense will result in a minimum of a $500.00 fine and de-activation of the parking pass. Offending vehicle will also be towed.
The permit holder is liable for payment of any fines imposed.

Use of Parking Passes

Pass is valid for parking of a single car in the designated harbor on a first come, first serve basis.
Pass must be visibly displayed at all times.
Parking passes may not be sold, rented or otherwise transferred. Violators subject to fines and/or revocation of mooring permit.
Parking passes are valid for the harbor season only, May 1st to October 31st.
